Dear readers,
This is a special moment for me because my new book is now available: Power at Sea: The United States, China, and the Struggle for Order in the Indo-Pacific.
My career in the Hellenic Navy and my studies shaped the perspective behind this book. Some of you have already read pieces of this thinking here on GeoSec Insights. The book pulls those threads together and pushes further, examining the geography of the Indo-Pacific, the naval balance between Washington and Beijing, and the hard choices facing other states in the region.
Holding the printed book for the first time felt strange, in a good way. Sharing it here feels personal too. This newsletter is where some of the early thinking took shape, and you have been part of that conversation.
If you read Power at Sea, I would like to hear what stays with you, or where you see things differently.
If the subject interests you, Power At Sea is available in paperback and on Kindle on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HL55T6X9
Thank you for reading GeoSec Insights and for the thoughtful conversations that continue around this work.
