These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GeoSec Insights (“we,” “our,” or “the publication”), hosted on Substack.

By subscribing, reading, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Content

All content published on GeoSec Insights, including articles, newsletters, images, graphics, and original research, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You may read, share, and quote limited portions of our content for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution to GeoSec Insights is given.

Commercial use, redistribution, republication, or reproduction of substantial portions of our content without prior written permission is prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original content published on GeoSec Insights is the intellectual property of Themistoklis Zanidis.

This includes:

• written analysis and articles

• geopolitical reports and research

• graphics, charts, and visual materials

• any downloadable reports or publications

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.

3. Subscriber Accounts

If you create a free or paid subscription account:

• You agree to keep your login credentials secure.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings.

4. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Substack and Stripe.

Refunds are not automatically issued. However, we aim to act in good faith and address legitimate concerns. If you experience a billing issue, please contact:

5. Termination

GeoSec Insights reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its discretion in cases of:

• abuse or harassment

• spamming

• misuse or unauthorized redistribution of content

• other behavior that disrupts the community or platform

6. Disclaimer

While GeoSec Insights strives to provide accurate, well-researched analysis, all content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

GeoSec Insights is an independent analytical platform and does not represent the official views of any government, organization, or institution.

Readers should exercise their own judgment when interpreting or acting upon the information provided.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of GeoSec Insights after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Guest Contributions

From time to time, GeoSec Insights may publish articles, interviews, or analysis written by guest contributors.

• Guest content is published with permission and proper attribution.

• Opinions expressed by guest authors are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of GeoSec Insights or Themistoklis Zanidis.

• Guest authors retain copyright to their work but grant GeoSec Insights a license to publish and promote the material.
