Insightful analysis! I'm afraid that the EU won't see fundamental reform, even though the costs of non-reform are higher than the costs of reform. Also because treaty changes require unanimity.
EU’s structure is the actual limit in my opinion. A serious reform is needed though otherwise the EU will cease as a serious global player.
